1. The beach is open daily to members from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. A lifeguard will be on duty from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in good weather. A lifeguard may not be on duty during inclement weather. Lifeguard status will be posted near the lifeguard chair.
2. Please sign in at the club each day, including signing in guests and paying guest fees. Signing in assists us with capacity planning for parking, chairs, food and more.
3. Members should remain with guests at the beach. Guest fees: 18 and under - $1; Over 18: $2.
4. Guests over 18 may visit 2x per season total. Overnight house guests may be admitted as guests for a period of fourteen consecutive days total; guest fees apply.
5. Please be considerate in reserving and occupying umbrellas.
6. Smoking is prohibited on all Beach Club property.
7. The club’s lease prohibits us from serving, selling or permitting the drinking of malt beverages and liquor on Beach Club property.
8. Beach membership is not transferable to renters of cabins owned by Beach Club members.
9. Family memberships are limited to 1 or 2 adults and their children aged 25 and under.
10.Boats belonging to the club are available for member use at the discretion of the managers and lifeguards; lifejackets are required while boating. Lifejackets may not be used for swimming. Boats must remain in sight of the Beach Club and please, do not take the boats to the islands.
11.Reserved, seasonal boat space is available by application on the membership form. Moorings must be furnished by boat owners and approved by theBeach Club board committee. The owner of each boat agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the board committee and the Beach Club
for any loss or damage. As available, private boats and trailers may be left on Beach Club property at the discretion of the managers, with name and contact information provided.
12. Residents of Lucerne between ages 12 and 18 may apply for a Junior Resident Membership for a fee of $100.
13. Please return chairs, boats and equipment to the storage areas.
14. Children age 12 and under should be accompanied to the Beach Club by an adult. We recommend that children under age 7 be accompanied to the bathrooms and changing rooms by an adult.
15. Animals are not allowed on Beach Club property.
16. Please pay your snack shack accounts by closing day.
17. Day care businesses are not permitted to bring day care clients to the Beach Club.
